The kit includes a high-visibility outer shell made of 100% nylon fabric with a durable water repellent finish and features a 4-3/4 oz poly fill insulation with a polyester quilted lining. It is designed with a zip closure secured by a snap storm flap and incorporates 2-inch wide reflective taping across the chest and sleeves for enhanced visibility. The garment provides ample storage with one inner chest pocket, two lower-slant pockets, and a cell phone pocket on the chest complete with an ID pocket. Additionally, it features a knit waistband and a mic tab/walker talker holder on the chest. The reflective tape is made from sew-on tape and the sizes available include XXS/XS, SM/MD, LG/XL, 2XL/3XL, and 4XL/5XL. The color scheme consists of lime with a pink bottom and complies with ANSI/ISEA 107-2020 Class 3 standards.
