Flexible, durable, and comfortable, the Pylon® metatarsal guard boots are specifically designed for tough industrial environments, featuring a floating metatarsal guard, steel safety toe, steel shank, and an electrical hazard (EH) rating along with excellent slip resistance on wet-clean and wet-contaminated surfaces. The boots have a height of 16 inches and the steel safety toe meets ASTM F2413 M/I/C standards, while the floating metatarsal guard offers flexibility and complies with ASTM F2413 MT standards. The slip resistance is validated per ASTM F3445 requirements, and the steel shank ensures maximum arch support. With a dipped sealant, the boots provide a 100% waterproof, oil, and chemical-resistant layer for ultimate protection and comfort, complemented by long-lasting chevron outsoles that expel debris and provide abrasion resistance. The Snugleg design ensures a secure fit for all-day comfort, while a full-length, durable sock liner enhances moisture-wicking capabilities. Removable cushioned insoles also wick moisture and absorb shock for added comfort. Constructed to outlast other rubber boots in harsh substances like solvents, caustics, hydrocarbons, oils, fats, and acids, the neoprene rubber upper offers softness and flexibility. The boots feature a brick red upper with a creme outsole, and labeling includes country of origin and size on the outsoles, along with a date code printed on the topline band, medial side. They are labeled for compliance with ASTM F2413, F3445, and California Prop 65, making them suitable for various applications.
