The Self-contained Overhead Tank with Safety Shower and Eyewash is a 400-gallon unit that is C1D2 rated and compliant with ANSI Z358.1 standards. It features a palletized design that requires assembly and includes a 3,000W electric water heater. This unit is ideal for locations lacking access to potable water or where low-flow plumbing is an issue, providing over 15 minutes of tepid water without needing a direct water connection. The GF400™ self-contained safety shower and eyewash can operate independently or be connected to a potable water line for auto-fill. Key features include a steel frame shower, a one-piece insulated GRP header tank that is corrosion-resistant, a water level indicator, stainless steel operating valves, a panic bar/testing lever, a 3 kWh immersion water heater, yellow GRP construction, two low-pressure eyewash nozzles, a 6-inch stainless steel temperature gauge, an NPTM inlet connection, a 1-9/16 inch PVC-U screened overflow, and ball float valves for quick refill. The panic bar allows for easy shower operation while the lift lid offers simple eyewash access. Optional systems include the Safetysac™ after-incident system, Waterguard™ for water treatment, Permatote™ chemical safety system, containment berm system, and a filtration system.
