The 1/2" Mini Ball Valve (400 CWP), MNPT x FNPT, features a chrome-plated one-piece barstock-type body that eliminates seam leaks common with two-piece designs, making it ideal for gaugecock applications where the lever handle does not interfere with the gauge face. This low-cost, full-port ball valve serves as a replacement for other valve types and offers superior performance compared to gate or stop valves. Its short-pattern body design allows installation in confined piping areas where full-pattern ball valves may not fit. The valve is available in nominal pipe thread sizes of 1/8", 1/4", 3/8", and 1/2", with FNPT x FNPT and MNPT x FNPT options. The threaded end connections conform to ANSI / ASME B1.20.1, and the valve is manufactured in an ISO 9002 accredited facility. The cold working pressure (CWP) is 400 CWP, and it is not suitable for steam service.
