The 1/2" Chrome Brass Mini Ball Valve (400 CWP) features a chrome-plated one-piece barstock-type body that prevents seam leaks often associated with two-piece body designs. This mini ball valve is particularly suitable for gaugecock applications, where the lever handle does not obstruct the gauge face. It serves as a cost-effective, full-port replacement for other valve types, offering superior performance compared to gate or stop valve designs. Its short-pattern body allows for installation in confined piping setups where full-pattern ball valves may not fit. The valve is available in nominal pipe thread sizes of 1/8", 1/4", 3/8", and 1/2", with options for FNPT x FNPT and MNPT x FNPT configurations. Key features include threaded end connections that adhere to ANSI / ASME B1.20.1 standards and manufacturing in an ISO 9002 accredited facility.
