The 3/4" T-1002NL No Lead Forged Brass Full Port Ball Valve features a gland follower design and is constructed from chrome-plated lead-free forged brass, UNS alloy C46400. This no lead full port ball valve includes a bottom-loaded, blowout-proof stem with PTFE packing gland and forged brass packing nut, along with durable PTFE seats. The self-cleaning forged brass ball is chrome-plated to resist scale build-up. The valve is third-party certified to meet several standards including ANSI/NSF 61 for drinking water system components concerning health effects, ANSI/NSF 372 for lead content, ANSI Z21.15 for gas appliance connector valves for 1/2 lb. systems (ranging from 1/2" to 2" NPT), ASME B16.44 for use in above-ground gas piping systems up to 5 PSI (1/2" to 2" NPT), and ANSI/ASME B16.33 for gas piping systems up to 175 PSIG (1/2" to 2" NPT). Additionally, it meets UL 2J73 requirements for use with LP natural and manufactured gases and flammable liquids No. 6 oil at 250°F (1/2" to 2" NPT). The valve is compliant with MSS SP-110, ANSI/ASME B1.20.1 for general-purpose pipe threads, and ANSI/ASME B16.18 for cast copper alloy solder-joint pressure fittings.
