The 1" S-1002NL No Lead Forged Brass Full Port Ball Valve features a gland follower design and incorporates a bottom-loaded, blowout-proof stem with PTFE packing gland and forged brass packing nut. This valve includes durable PTFE seats and a self-cleaning forged brass ball that is chrome-plated to resist scale build-up. Constructed from chrome-plated lead-free forged brass, UNS Alloy C46400, this valve is designed with multiple certifications and listings including ANSI/NSF 61: Drinking Water System Components - Health Effects, ANSI/NSF 372: Drinking Water System Components - Lead Content, ANSI Z21.15: Gas Appliance Connector Valve for 1/2 lb.
