The 1" T-712 full port .316 stainless steel ball valve features a locking handle and is designed to conform to the National Lead-Free Plumbing Law, with materials required to be lead-free as specified in applicable ASTM and AISI standards. This heavy-duty two-piece investment cast body design includes a bottom-loaded blowout-proof stem, making it ideal for commercial and industrial applications. It is equipped with a latch-lock handle and integrates a tapped mounting pad for actuation or panel attachment; sizes 2-1/2" to 4" feature dual mounting pads. The valve is available in FNPT nominal sizes ranging from 1/4" to 4". It has a working pressure of 1000 PSI for cold working pressure (CWP) and 150 PSI for saturated steam (WSP). The materials used include ASTM A276 316 investment cast 316 stainless steel for sizes 1/4" & 3/8", and ASTM A351 CF8M for sizes 1/2" to 4", which comply with MSS SP-110. Additionally, the threaded end connections conform to ANSI / ASME B1.20.1, and the valve is manufactured in an ISO accredited facility.
