The 1/4" chrome brass mini ball valve features a 400 CWP rating and a chrome-plated one-piece barstock-type body that eliminates seam leaks typical of two-piece body designs, making it ideal for gaugecock applications where the lever handle does not obstruct the gauge face. This low-cost, full-port ball valve serves as a reliable replacement for other valve types, offering improved performance compared to gate or stop valve designs. The compact short-pattern body allows installation in confined piping spaces where full-pattern ball valves are unsuitable. Available nominal pipe thread sizes include 1/8", 1/4", 3/8", and 1/2", with FNPT x FNPT and MNPT x FNPT options. The valve features threaded end connections that conform to ANSI / ASME B1.20.1 and is manufactured in an ISO 9002 accredited facility. The cold working pressure (CWP) is rated at 400, and it is not suitable for steam service (WSP). The ball is made of chrome-plated forged brass, adhering to ASTM B124 standards with a UNS C377005 specification.
