The 1/8" Mini Ball Valve (400 CWP), designed with MNPT x FNPT connections, features a chrome-plated mini ball valve with a one-piece barstock-type body that eliminates seam leaks present in two-piece body designs. This valve is ideal for gaugecock applications, where the lever handle does not interfere with the gauge face, and offers a low-cost, full-port replacement for other valve types, outperforming traditional gate or stop valve designs. Its short-pattern body allows for installation in confined piping spaces where full-pattern ball valves cannot be accommodated. The valve is available in nominal pipe thread sizes of 1/8", 1/4", 3/8", and 1/2", with FNPT x FNPT and MNPT x FNPT configurations. It features threaded end connections that comply with ANSI / ASME B1.20.1 and is manufactured in an ISO 9002 accredited facility. The cold working pressure (CWP) is rated at 400 CWP, while it is not suitable for steam service. The ball is made of chrome-plated forged brass, conforming to ASTM B124 UNS C377005.
