The 2" T-365SS ductile iron lug type butterfly valve features a stainless steel disc and EPDM seats, with an epoxy-coated lug body that allows for precise positioning between flanges. The valve includes tapped lugs and a supported seat, permitting single-flange "dead-end" service. Its extended neck is designed to clear most piping insulation applications and it supports bi-directional flow. Each valve is 100% factory tested, ensuring reliability, and the rigid, phenolic-backed seat allows for positive, bubble-tight shutoff. The raised seat face eliminates the need for companion flange gaskets while a heavy-duty lockable ten-position handle enhances user control. The valve has a cold working pressure (CWP) of 200 PSI, and the flange connection features conform to ANSI class 125/150 flange dimensions. It is manufactured in conformance with industry standards including MSS SP-67, API 609, AWWA C504, and EN 593, and produced in an ISO accredited facility.
