The 4" T-365SS ductile iron lug type butterfly valve features a stainless steel disc and EPDM seats, while its epoxy coated lug body allows for precise positioning between flanges. The valve is equipped with tapped lugs and a supported seat that enable single-flange, "dead-end" service. An extended neck facilitates clearance for most piping insulation applications, and it supports bi-directional flow. Each valve is 100% factory tested, designed with a rigid, phenolic-backed seat for positive, bubble-tight shutoff, and incorporates a raised seat face that eliminates the need for companion flange gaskets. The heavy-duty lockable ten-position handle enhances usability, while the cold working pressure (CWP) is rated at 200 PSI. The flange connection features of the valve's body conform to ANSI Class 125/150 flange dimensions, and it is manufactured in conformance with standards such as MSS SP-67, API 609, AWWA C504, and EN 593 in an ISO accredited facility.
