The 2" T-367DI ductile iron lug-type butterfly valve features an epoxy coated lug body that allows for precise positioning between flanges and is designed with tapped lugs and a supported seat to facilitate single-flange, "dead-end" service. An extended neck enables clearance for most piping insulation applications, and the valve accommodates bi-directional flow, ensuring versatility in installation. Each unit is 100% factory tested for reliability, and it includes a rigid, phenolic-backed seat that provides positive, bubble-tight shutoff. The raised seat face eliminates the necessity for companion flange gaskets. It is equipped with a heavy-duty lockable ten-position handle. Key specifications include a cold working pressure (CWP) of 200 PSI, ductile iron disc construction, and a Buna seal. The flange connection specifications of the valve's body conform to ANSI class 125/150 flange dimensions. This valve is manufactured in an ISO accredited facility and complies with the standards MSS SP-67, API 609, AWWA C504, and EN 593.
