The 2-1/2" T-367DI ductile iron lug-type butterfly valve features an epoxy-coated lug body designed for precise positioning between flanges, equipped with tapped lugs and a supported seat that enables single-flange, "dead-end" service. Its extended neck accommodates most piping insulation applications, allowing for bi-directional flow and is 100% factory tested. The valve includes a rigid, phenolic-backed seat which ensures positive, bubble-tight shutoff, while the raised seat face eliminates the need for companion flange gaskets. Additionally, it is equipped with a heavy-duty lockable ten-position handle. The valve has a cold working pressure (CWP) of 200 PSI, a ductile iron disc, and a Buna seal. Its flange connection conforms to ANSI class 125/150 flange dimensions and is manufactured in an ISO accredited facility, complying with the standards MSS SP-67, API 609, AWWA C504, and EN 593.
