The 5" T-367SS ductile iron lug-type butterfly valve features an epoxy-coated lug body that allows for precise positioning between flanges. It includes tapped lugs and a supported seat, permitting single-flange, "dead-end" service, while the extended neck clears most piping insulation applications. The valve is designed for bi-directional flow and is 100% factory tested. Its rigid, phenolic-backed seat ensures a positive, bubble-tight shutoff, and the raised seat face eliminates the need for companion flange gaskets. A heavy-duty, lockable ten-position handle enhances operational control. Key specifications include a cold working pressure (CWP) of 200 PSI, a ductile iron disc, Buna seal, and a 316 stainless steel disc. The flange connection features conform to ANSI Class 125/150 flange dimensions, and the valve is manufactured in an ISO accredited facility, compliant with standards such as MSS SP-67, API 609, AWWA C504, and EN 593.
