The 5" T-365AB ductile iron lug type butterfly valve features an aluminum bronze disc and EPDM seats, with an epoxy coated lug body that allows for precise positioning between flanges. The valve includes tapped lugs and a supported seat, permitting single-flange "dead-end" service. Its extended neck clears most piping insulation applications, ensuring bi-directional flow. The valve is 100% factory tested and features a rigid, phenolic-backed seat that allows for positive, bubble-tight shutoff; the raised seat face eliminates the need for companion flange gaskets. It is equipped with a heavy-duty lockable ten-position handle and has a cold working pressure (CWP) of 200 psi and a working steam pressure (WSP) of 125 psi, making it compatible with steam up to 250° F at 125 psi or less. The flange connection features of the valve's body conform to ANSI class 125/150 flange dimensions. It is manufactured in conformance with the following standards: MSS SP-67, API 609, AWWA C504, and EN 593, and is produced in an ISO accredited facility.
