The 2-1/2" T-712 full port .316 stainless steel ball valve features a locking handle and is designed to meet the requirements of the National Lead-Free Plumbing Law, ensuring that the materials used in its manufacture are lead-free in accordance with applicable ASTM and AISI standards. This heavy-duty valve boasts a two-piece investment cast body design and a bottom-loaded blowout-proof stem, making it ideal for commercial and industrial applications. It is equipped with a latch-lock handle and includes an integral, tapped mounting pad for actuation or panel attachment. Sizes ranging from 2-1/2" to 4" come with dual mounting pads. The valve is available in FNPT nominal sizes from 1/4" to 4". It can withstand a non-shock working pressure (PSI) of 1000 P.S.I. for cold working pressure (CWP) and 150 P.S.I. for saturated steam (WSP). The 1/4" and 3/8" sizes are constructed from ASTM A276 316 investment cast 316 stainless steel, while the 1/2" to 4" sizes are made from ASTM A351 CF8M and conform to MSS SP-110. Additionally, the threaded end connections comply with ANSI / ASME B1.20.1, and the product is manufactured in an ISO accredited facility.
