The 1/4" T-712 full port .316 stainless steel ball valve features a locking handle and is designed to meet the National Lead-Free Plumbing Law, ensuring that materials used in its manufacture are lead-free according to applicable ASTM and AISI standards. This product showcases a heavy-duty two-piece investment cast body design and a bottom-loaded blowout-proof stem, making it ideal for commercial and industrial applications. It comes equipped with a latch-lock handle and an integral, tapped mounting pad for actuation or panel attachment, while sizes ranging from 2-1/2" to 4" include dual mounting pads. The valve is available in FNPT nominal sizes from 1/4" to 4". It operates under a cold working pressure (CWP) of 1000 P.S.I. and can handle saturated steam (WSP) at 150 P.S.I. The materials for sizes 1/4" & 3/8" are ASTM A276 316 investment cast 316 stainless steel, while sizes 1/2" - 4" conform to ASTM A351 CF8M and comply with MSS SP-110. Additionally, the threaded end connections meet ANSI / ASME B1.20.1 standards and the valve is manufactured in an ISO accredited facility.
