The 4" T-365AB-G ductile iron lug type butterfly valve includes an aluminum bronze disc and EPDM seats, featuring an epoxy coated lug body that allows precise positioning between flanges. It has tapped lugs and a supported seat that permit single-flange, "dead-end" service. The extended neck enables compatibility with most piping insulation applications, and it supports bi-directional flow. The valve is 100% factory tested, with a rigid phenolic-backed seat providing a positive, bubble-tight shutoff, while the raised seat face eliminates the need for companion flange gaskets. It is equipped with a pre-installed gear operator and handwheel. The cold working pressure (CWP) is 200 PSI, and the working steam pressure (WSP) is 125 PSI, making it compatible with steam up to 250°F at 125 PSI or less. The flange connection features of the valve's body conform to ANSI class 125/150 flange dimensions, and it is manufactured in conformance with the following standards: MSS SP-67, API 609, AWWA C504, EN 593. This valve is produced in an ISO accredited facility.
