The 6" T-337DI ductile iron wafer type butterfly valve features Buna seats, a ductile iron disc, and a heavy-duty lockable ten-position handle, designed for optimal functionality. Its epoxy coated wafer body facilitates easy positioning between flanges, while the extended neck accommodates most piping insulation applications. This valve supports bi-directional flow and undergoes 100% factory testing to ensure reliability. The rigid, phenolic-backed seat enables positive, bubble-tight shutoff, and the raised seat face eliminates the need for companion flange gaskets. It has a cold working pressure (CWP) rating of 200 PSI and offers special order disc options such as T-335DI and T-337DI, featuring a ductile iron disc. The flange connection features of the valve's body conform to ANSI Class 125/150 flange dimensions. The valve is manufactured in an ISO accredited facility and complies with standards including MSS SP-67, API 609, AWWA C504, and EN 593.
