The 6" T-367AB-G ductile iron lug-type butterfly valve features an epoxy-coated lug body that allows for precise positioning between flanges, with tapped lugs and a supported seat enabling single-flange, "dead-end" service. The extended neck design accommodates most piping insulation applications, while the valve supports bi-directional flow. Each unit is 100% factory tested and includes a rigid, phenolic-backed seat that provides positive, bubble-tight shutoff, and a raised seat face that eliminates the need for companion flange gaskets. Key attributes include a cold working pressure (CWP) of 200 PSI, an aluminum bronze disc, a Buna seal, and gear operation. This valve is compatible with media types other than steam at temperatures up to 180°F and 200 PSI or less. The flange connection features of the valve body conform to ANSI Class 125/150 flange dimensions. The product is manufactured in an ISO accredited facility and conforms to standards including MSS SP-67, API 609, AWWA C504, and EN 593.
