The 3" T-335DI-G butterfly valve features an epoxy coated wafer body that allows for easy positioning between flanges, with an extended neck designed to clear most piping insulation applications. It supports bi-directional flow and is 100% factory tested for reliability. The valve includes a ductile iron disc, EPDM seats, and a rigid, phenolic-backed seat that ensures a positive, bubble-tight shutoff. Its raised seat face eliminates the need for companion flange gaskets. The valve is equipped with a pre-installed gear operator and handwheel, and it has a cold working pressure (CWP) rating of 200 PSI. The flange connection features conform to ANSI class 125/150 flange dimensions. Additionally, the valve is manufactured in conformance to several standards, including MSS SP-67, API 609, AWWA C504, and EN 593, and it is produced in an ISO accredited facility.
