The 3" T-367AB-G ductile iron lug-type butterfly valve features an epoxy-coated lug body that allows precise positioning between flanges. It includes tapped lugs and a supported seat, making it suitable for single-flange, "dead-end" service, while its extended neck accommodates most piping insulation applications. This valve supports bi-directional flow and is 100% factory tested to ensure reliability. It is equipped with a rigid, phenolic-backed seat that provides positive, bubble-tight shutoff, and its raised seat face eliminates the need for companion flange gaskets. The valve has a cold working pressure (CWP) rating of 200 PSI, an aluminum bronze disc, and a Buna seal, and it is gear operated. It is compatible with various media types other than steam, functioning at temperatures up to 180°F and pressures of 200 PSI or less. The flange connection features of the valve's body conform to ANSI class 125/150 flange dimensions. The valve is manufactured in an ISO accredited facility and is compliant with standards including MSS SP-67, API 609, AWWA C504, and EN 593.
