The 3" T-365AB-G ductile iron lug type butterfly valve features an aluminum bronze disc and EPDM seats, with an epoxy-coated lug body that allows for precise positioning between flanges. It includes tapped lugs and a supported seat, enabling single-flange "dead-end" service. The extended neck is designed to clear most piping insulation applications, and the valve permits bi-directional flow. Each unit is 100% factory tested and features a rigid, phenolic-backed seat that ensures positive, bubble-tight shutoff. A raised seat face eliminates the need for companion flange gaskets, and the valve comes equipped with a pre-installed gear operator and handwheel. It has a cold working pressure (CWP) of 200 psi and a working steam pressure (WSP) of 125 psi, being compatible with steam up to 250° F at 125 psi or less. The flange connection features of the valve's body conform to ANSI class 125/150 flange dimensions and the valve is manufactured in conformance with the following standards: MSS SP-67, API 609, AWWA C504, and EN 593, in an ISO accredited facility.
