The 5" T-335DI-G butterfly valve features an epoxy-coated wafer body that facilitates easy positioning between flanges and an extended neck designed to clear most piping insulation applications. It supports bi-directional flow and is 100% factory tested for reliability. The valve includes a ductile iron disc and EPDM seats, with a rigid, phenolic-backed seat that ensures positive, bubble-tight shutoff. Its raised seat face eliminates the need for companion flange gaskets. The valve is equipped with a pre-installed gear operator and handwheel, and has a cold working pressure (CWP) of 200 PSI. The flange connection features of the valve's body conform to ANSI class 125/150 flange dimensions. It is manufactured in conformance with several standards, including MSS SP-67, API 609, AWWA C504, and EN 593, in an ISO accredited facility.
