The 6" T-365AB-G ductile iron lug type butterfly valve is designed with an aluminum bronze disc and EPDM seats, featuring an epoxy coated lug body that enables precise positioning between flanges. It includes tapped lugs and a supported seat for single-flange, "dead-end" service, and an extended neck to clear most piping insulation applications. This valve allows bi-directional flow and is 100% factory tested to ensure performance. Its rigid, phenolic-backed seat guarantees positive, bubble-tight shutoff, while the raised seat face eliminates the need for companion flange gaskets. The valve comes equipped with a pre-installed gear operator and handwheel. The cold working pressure (CWP) is 200 PSI, while the working steam pressure (WSP) is 125 PSI, making it compatible with steam up to 250°F at 125 PSI or less. The flange connection features conform to ANSI Class 125/150 flange dimensions. This valve is manufactured in conformance with standards such as MSS SP-67, API 609, AWWA C504, and EN 593 and is produced in an ISO accredited facility.
