The 2-1/2" T-365DI butterfly valve features a ductile iron disc and EPDM seats, with an epoxy-coated lug body that allows for precise positioning between flanges. It includes tapped lugs and a supported seat for single-flange, "dead-end" service, while the extended neck design accommodates most piping insulation applications. This valve supports bi-directional flow and is 100% factory tested, featuring a rigid, phenolic-backed seat that ensures positive, bubble-tight shutoff. Its raised seat face eliminates the need for companion flange gaskets, and it is equipped with a heavy-duty lockable ten-position handle. The cold working pressure (CWP) is rated at 200 PSI, and the flange connection dimensions conform to ANSI class 125/150 standards. The valve is manufactured in compliance with several standards, including MSS SP-67, API 609, AWWA C504, and EN 593, and produced in an ISO accredited facility.
