The 8" T-367DI ductile iron lug-type butterfly valve features an epoxy coated lug body that allows for precise positioning between flanges, with tapped lugs and a supported seat enabling single-flange, "dead-end" service. It has an extended neck designed to clear most piping insulation applications and supports bi-directional flow. The valve is 100% factory tested and includes a rigid, phenolic-backed seat that ensures positive, bubble-tight shutoff, while the raised seat face eliminates the need for companion flange gaskets. Additionally, it has a heavy-duty lockable ten-position handle. Technical specifications include a cold working pressure (CWP) of 200 PSI, a ductile iron disc, a Buna seal, and a flange connection. The valve's body conforms to ANSI class 125/150 flange dimensions and is manufactured in an ISO accredited facility, compliant with the standards: MSS SP-67, API 609, AWWA C504, and EN 593.
