The 4" T-367AB-G ductile iron lug-type butterfly valve features an epoxy-coated lug body that allows for precise positioning between flanges. It includes tapped lugs and a supported seat, enabling single-flange, "dead-end" service. The extended neck design accommodates most piping insulation applications, and the valve supports bi-directional flow. Each valve is 100% factory tested, with a rigid, phenolic-backed seat that ensures positive, bubble-tight shutoff and a raised seat face that eliminates the need for companion flange gaskets. Key specifications include a cold working pressure (CWP) of 200 psi, an aluminum bronze disc, and a Buna seal. The valve is gear operated and is compatible with various media types other than steam, operating up to 180°F at 200 psi or less. The flange connections conform to ANSI class 125/150 flange dimensions. Additionally, this valve is manufactured in an ISO accredited facility and complies with several standards including MSS SP-67, API 609, AWWA C504, and EN 593.
