The 2" T-335AB-G ductile iron wafer butterfly valve is designed for durability and efficiency, featuring an epoxy-coated wafer body that facilitates easy positioning between flanges and an extended neck for compatibility with most piping insulation applications. This valve supports bi-directional flow and is 100% factory tested for assurance of quality. It incorporates an aluminum bronze disc and EPDM seats, with a rigid, phenolic-backed seat that ensures a positive, bubble-tight shutoff. The raised seat face eliminates the need for companion flange gaskets, enhancing installation simplicity. The valve comes equipped with a pre-installed gear operator and handwheel for operational ease. It has a cold working pressure (CWP) of 200 PSI and a working steam pressure (WSP) of 125 PSI, with compatibility for steam applications up to 250°F at 125 PSI or less. The flange connection features conform to ANSI class 125/150 flange dimensions, and it is manufactured in conformance with standards including MSS SP-67, API 609, AWWA C504, and EN 593, in an ISO accredited facility.
