The 5" T-365DI butterfly valve is designed with a ductile iron disc and EPDM seats, featuring an epoxy-coated lug body that allows for precise positioning between flanges. It includes tapped lugs and a supported seat, enabling single-flange, "dead-end" service. The extended neck is suitable for most piping insulation applications, and the valve accommodates bi-directional flow. Each unit is 100% factory tested, ensuring reliability with a rigid, phenolic-backed seat that provides positive, bubble-tight shutoff. The raised seat face eliminates the need for companion flange gaskets, and a heavy-duty lockable ten-position handle enhances usability. The valve's cold working pressure (CWP) is rated at 200 PSI, and the flange connection features conform to ANSI Class 125/150 flange dimensions. This valve is manufactured in conformance with standards such as MSS SP-67, API 609, AWWA C504, and EN 593, within an ISO accredited facility.
