The 2" T-367DI-G ductile iron lug-type butterfly valve features an epoxy coated lug body that allows for precise positioning between flanges, with tapped lugs and a supported seat permitting single-flange, "dead-end" service. The extended neck design accommodates most piping insulation applications, while bi-directional flow is facilitated. Each valve is 100% factory tested, ensuring quality and reliability. It includes a rigid, phenolic-backed seat that guarantees a positive, bubble-tight shutoff, and the raised seat face eliminates the need for companion flange gaskets. Key attributes include a cold working pressure (CWP) of 200 PSI, a ductile iron disc, a Buna seal, and a gear-operated mechanism. The flange connection features conform to ANSI class 125/150 flange dimensions. This product is manufactured in an ISO accredited facility and is compliant with the following standards: MSS SP-67, API 609, AWWA C504, and EN 593.
