The 3" T-365AB ductile iron lug type butterfly valve features an aluminum bronze disc and EPDM seats, with an epoxy coated lug body that allows for precise positioning between flanges. This valve is equipped with tapped lugs and a supported seat, enabling single-flange, "dead-end" service. Its extended neck is designed to clear most piping insulation applications, facilitating bi-directional flow. Each valve is 100% factory tested and includes a rigid, phenolic-backed seat that ensures positive, bubble-tight shutoff, while a raised seat face eliminates the need for companion flange gaskets. The heavy-duty lockable ten-position handle provides ease of operation, with a cold working pressure (CWP) of 200 psi and a working steam pressure (WSP) of 125 psi, making it compatible with steam up to 250° F at 125 psi or less. The flange connection features conform to ANSI Class 125/150 flange dimensions, and the valve is manufactured in conformance with MSS SP-67, API 609, AWWA C504, and EN 593 standards, in an ISO accredited facility.
