The 6" T-365DI-G butterfly valve features a ductile iron disc and EPDM seats, with an epoxy coated lug body that allows for precise positioning between flanges. It includes tapped lugs and a supported seat, permitting single-flange, "dead-end" service, while its extended neck accommodates most piping insulation applications. The valve supports bi-directional flow and is 100% factory tested, featuring a rigid, phenolic-backed seat that ensures positive, bubble-tight shutoff. The raised seat face eliminates the need for companion flange gaskets, and the valve comes equipped with a pre-installed gear operator and handwheel. Its cold working pressure (CWP) is 200 PSI, and the flange connection features conform to ANSI class 125/150 flange dimensions. The valve is manufactured in conformance with standards MSS SP-67, API 609, AWWA C504, and EN 593, in an ISO accredited facility.
