The 12" T-365DI-G Butterfly Valve features a ductile iron disc and EPDM seats, with an epoxy-coated lug body that enables precise positioning between flanges. The valve includes tapped lugs and a supported seat that permit single-flange, "dead-end" service, while its extended neck accommodates most piping insulation applications. Designed for bi-directional flow, it is 100% factory tested and incorporates a rigid, phenolic-backed seat for positive, bubble-tight shutoff. The raised seat face eliminates the need for companion flange gaskets, and the valve is equipped with a pre-installed gear operator and handwheel. It has a cold working pressure (CWP) of 200 PSI, and the flange connection features of the valve's body conform to ANSI class 125/150 flange dimensions. The product is manufactured in conformance with MSS SP-67, API 609, AWWA C504, and EN 593 standards, and produced in an ISO accredited facility.
