The 12" T-335AB ductile iron wafer butterfly valve features an epoxy coated wafer body that allows for easy positioning between flanges and includes an extended neck to accommodate most piping insulation applications. It provides bi-directional flow and is 100% factory tested for reliability. The valve incorporates an aluminum bronze disc and EPDM seats, with a rigid, phenolic-backed seat ensuring positive, bubble-tight shutoff. The raised seat face eliminates the need for companion flange gaskets, and a heavy-duty lockable ten-position lever handle enhances usability. Its cold working pressure (CWP) is rated at 200 PSI, while the working steam pressure (WSP) is 125 PSI, making it compatible with steam up to 250° F at 125 PSI or less. The flange connection features of the valve's body conform to ANSI class 125/150 flange dimensions. Additionally, the valve is manufactured in conformance with standards including MSS SP-67, API 609, AWWA C504, and EN 593, and is produced in an ISO accredited facility.
