The 3" T-367DI-G ductile iron lug-type butterfly valve features an epoxy-coated lug body that allows precise positioning between flanges, with tapped lugs and a supported seat enabling single-flange, "dead-end" service. An extended neck accommodates most piping insulation applications, while the design supports bi-directional flow and has been 100% factory tested. The valve includes a rigid, phenolic-backed seat for positive, bubble-tight shutoff, and a raised seat face that eliminates the need for companion flange gaskets. Key specifications include a cold working pressure (CWP) of 200 PSI, a ductile iron disc, a Buna seal, and gear operation, with a flange connection that adheres to ANSI Class 125/150 flange dimensions. The valve is manufactured in an ISO accredited facility and conforms to the following standards: MSS SP-67, API 609, AWWA C504, and EN 593.
