The 4" T-367DI-G ductile iron lug-type butterfly valve features an epoxy-coated lug body that allows for precise positioning between flanges. It includes tapped lugs and a supported seat to permit single-flange, "dead-end" service, complemented by an extended neck designed to clear most piping insulation applications. This valve supports bi-directional flow and is 100% factory tested to ensure reliability. The rigid, phenolic-backed seat provides a positive, bubble-tight shutoff, while the raised seat face eliminates the need for companion flange gaskets. The valve boasts a cold working pressure (CWP) of 200 PSI and features a ductile iron disc and Buna seal, operated by a gear mechanism. Its flange connections conform to ANSI Class 125/150 flange dimensions, ensuring compatibility. Additionally, this valve is manufactured in an ISO accredited facility and complies with several industry standards, including MSS SP-67, API 609, AWWA C504, and EN 593.
