The 6" T-337AB-G ductile iron wafer butterfly valve features an aluminum bronze disc and is gear operated, with a Buna epoxy coated wafer body that facilitates easy positioning between flanges. Designed with an extended neck to accommodate most piping insulation applications, it allows for bi-directional flow and comes 100% factory tested. The rigid, phenolic-backed seat ensures a positive, bubble-tight shutoff, and the raised seat face eliminates the need for companion flange gaskets. This valve has a cold working pressure (CWP) of 200 PSI and is compatible with media types other than steam at maximum service temperatures up to 180° F at 200 PSI or less. The flange connection dimensions conform to ANSI Class 125/150 standards. It is manufactured in an ISO accredited facility and complies with the following standards: MSS SP-67, API 609, AWWA C504, EN 593.
