The 5" T-367DI-G ductile iron lug-type butterfly valve features an epoxy-coated lug body that allows for precise positioning between flanges. It includes tapped lugs and a supported seat for single-flange, "dead-end" service, while its extended neck facilitates clearance for most piping insulation applications. This valve supports bi-directional flow and is 100% factory tested to ensure performance. Its rigid, phenolic-backed seat allows for positive, bubble-tight shutoff, and the raised seat face eliminates the need for companion flange gaskets. The valve has a cold working pressure (CWP) rating of 200 PSI and is constructed with a ductile iron disc and Buna seal. It is gear operated and the flange connection features of the valve's body conform to ANSI class 125/150 flange dimensions. The valve is manufactured in an ISO accredited facility and conforms to the standards: MSS SP-67, API 609, AWWA C504, and EN 593.
