The 6" T-367DI-G ductile iron lug-type butterfly valve features an epoxy-coated lug body that allows for precise positioning between flanges. This valve is equipped with tapped lugs and a supported seat that permit single-flange, "dead-end" service, while its extended neck accommodates most piping insulation applications. It supports bi-directional flow and is 100% factory tested. The rigid, phenolic-backed seat provides positive, bubble-tight shutoff, and the raised seat face negates the need for companion flange gaskets. Key specifications include a cold working pressure (CWP) of 200 PSI, a ductile iron disc, a Buna seal, and gear operation. The flange connection conforms to ANSI Class 125/150 flange dimensions. Furthermore, the valve is manufactured in an ISO accredited facility and complies with standards MSS SP-67, API 609, AWWA C504, and EN 593.
