The 8" T-337DI-G ductile iron wafer type butterfly valve features Buna seats and a ductile iron disc, with a gear-operated epoxy-coated wafer body that facilitates easy positioning between flanges. The valve is designed with an extended neck to accommodate most piping insulation applications and allows for bi-directional flow. It is 100% factory tested and includes a rigid, phenolic-backed seat that ensures a positive, bubble-tight shutoff, while the raised seat face eliminates the need for companion flange gaskets. Key specifications include a cold working pressure (CWP) of 200 PSI and special order disc options such as the T-335DI and T-337DI, which have a ductile iron disc. The flange connection features of the valve body conform to ANSI Class 125/150 flange dimensions. This valve is manufactured in an ISO accredited facility and conforms to several standards, including MSS SP-67, API 609, AWWA C504, and EN 593.
