This explosion-proof air heater features a unique design with rugged, quality construction, making it suitable for various heavy-duty industries worldwide. It comes with certification approvals for Groups A, B, C, D; IIA, IIB & IIC, and offers IP55 moisture ingress protection. The heater is available in both 1-phase and 3-phase options, with heating capabilities reaching up to an industry-leading 10 kW. Key features include a sloped-top cabinet that prevents objects from obstructing airflow, a high-velocity airflow system, and a choice between 14-gauge steel or stainless-steel construction. The heater's smaller profile conserves wall and floor space while facilitating easier installation and reducing field installation costs. It incorporates Incoloy® 840 heating elements, radial-embossed aluminum plate fins, and galvanized steel mounting brackets, making it expertly designed for efficient heat distribution. The heating capability depends on conditions and should be consulted with the factory. It operates on electric fuel type, is hardwired for indoor use, and maintains a temperature range of 36-82°F (2-28°C). The product is also noted for its corrosion resistance, making it suitable for H2S environments and promising a longer life expectancy with reduced fin warping for enhanced heat transfer capabilities.
