This explosion-proof air heater features a unique design with rugged construction details that cater not only to the oil and gas sector but also to other heavy-duty industries globally. It holds certification approvals for Groups A, B, C, D; IIA, IIB & IIC, and provides available IP55 moisture ingress protection. The heater is available in either 1-phase or 3-phase configurations and boasts benefits such as preventing objects from obstructing airflow, suitability for H2S environments, faster heating with improved heat distribution, extended life expectancy, and quick installation processes. Key features include an industry-leading heating capability of up to 10 kW, a sloped-top cabinet, no exposed copper or brass, high-velocity airflow, a 14-gauge steel cabinet with optional stainless-steel construction, one of the shortest cabinet lengths available, an optional built-in thermostat, Incoloy® 840 heating elements, radial-embossed aluminum plate fins, galvanized steel mounting brackets, and a hardwired indoor use with electric fuel type.
