Designed for tough jobs, this product takes over where all-purpose cleaners leave off. Formulated to instantly dissolve and emulsify heavy grease, carbon deposits, rubber burns, oil, ink, and dirt accumulations, it can be used by simply spraying or mopping it on and rinsing it off, all while enjoying a pleasant cherry fragrance. This ready-to-use formula is effective for light or heavy-duty cleaning and is suitable for clean concrete, floors, walls, machinery, engines, and a variety of other water washable surfaces soiled with grease or oil, though it is not recommended for use on glass or water-based paint and can discolor aluminum and other soft metals. For different soil levels, dilution options include 4 oz./gal. (31 ml/L) for light soil, 13 oz./gal. (100 ml/L) for medium soil, and 26 oz./gal. (200 ml/L) for heavy soil. The concentrated butyl-based cleaner features a violet color, excellent detergency and emulsification, low foaming for automatic scrubbers and pressure washers, and a pH range of 13.0-13.9. Other specifications include a specific gravity of 1.06, viscosity of 10 centipoise, and very good rinsability and wetting properties. This product comes with a 2-year warranty.
