NPS® Steel Science tables are constructed for durability in demanding environments, featuring a robust 16 gauge steel frame apron and 14 gauge legs that create a virtually indestructible structure. The tabletop is supported by 11 gauge steel support tabs and corner brackets securely fused together with four heavy-duty tamper-free Loctite hex screws. The adjustable height steel legs allow for a smooth and easy adjustment ranging from 22-1/4" to 37-1/4" in 1" increments, utilizing a supreme dual connection mechanism. The leg-base, constructed from 12 gauge steel, is affixed to the tabletop with four heavy-duty screws inserted into the frame using a strong welded hanger bolt. Each leg connects to the frame's corner brackets through industrial-grade nylon-insert lock nuts, ensuring stability. The tables boast a weight capacity of 500 lb. without casters and 300 lb. with casters, accommodating diverse industrial applications. Additional features include tamper-free hex head screws and lock nuts for the legs, which are built with 1-1/2" square tubing, while the leg insert is made from 1-1/3" square tubing. The tables are backed by a 10-year warranty.
