NPS® Steel Science Tables are designed for durability in demanding environments, featuring a robust 16 gauge steel frame apron and 14 gauge legs for enhanced strength. The construction includes 11 gauge steel tabletop support tabs and corner brackets that are fused with four heavy-duty tamper-free Loctite hex screws. The adjustable height steel legs, built with 1-1/2 inch square tubing at 14 gauge thickness, can be set in increments of 1 inch, ranging from 22-1/4 inches to 37-1/4 inches, and are secured with two K-9 external tooth lock washers alongside heavy-duty tamper-free hex screws. The legs are attached to the tabletop using a strong welded hanger bolt and industrial-grade nylon-insert lock nuts. Each leg also comes standard with simple-adjust glides and optional casters, supporting a weight capacity of 500 lbs without casters and 300 lbs with casters. The product includes a 10 year warranty, ensuring long-term reliability and performance.
