SC Preferredon® starter units feature a top-of-the-line blue metallic finish designed to handle extreme wet, hot, or cold environments. The starter unit includes 4 posts with leveling feet, 3 wire shelves, and plastic snap-on sleeves to secure shelves to posts. Reinforced shelves have welded surface ribs for added strength and an open design that maximizes air and light circulation while minimizing dust accumulation. Shelves can be easily adjusted without tools at 1-inch increments. The unit is treated with Nex Gard®, an antimicrobial agent that protects the epoxy coating from bacteria, mold, and mildew that cause odors and product degradation. SC Preferredon® units are NSF approved for wet or dry use and come with a limited lifetime warranty against rust and corrosion.
