SC Preferredite® shelving units feature a sturdy frame and posts finished in SC Preferredon®, with polymer composition shelf mats designed in a modular style for easy removal and cleaning. The vented open grid surface of the shelves is smooth and crevice-free, and the polymer material resists denting, chipping, rust, and corrosion. The unit is open on all four sides, providing complete access and superior ventilation. The shelving unit includes four posts with leveling feet, three plastic mat shelves, and plastic snap-on sleeves to secure the shelves to the posts. The shelves easily adjust without tools at 1-inch increments. Nex Gard®, an anti-microbial agent incorporated into the epoxy coating, protects the unit against bacteria, mold, and mildew that cause odors and product degradation. The shelving is NSF approved for wet or dry use and comes with a limited lifetime warranty against rust and corrosion.
