The butcher block top is 1-3/4" thick, designed to help deaden sound and absorb impact, and has a 3000 lbs. capacity. It features a replaceable top that is bolted to an all-welded steel frame, reinforced by corner gussets for added strength. The structure includes a 12 gauge half-depth lower shelf with a 3" high backstop and an adjustable height that ranges from 28" to 42-3/4" in 2" increments. Additionally, a pegboard panel is attached using a patented no-drill bracket system, and the unit has a gray powder coated finish. It is all-welded and ready for immediate use, with a shelf clearance of 20-3/4". The design incorporates footpads with a 5/8" anchor hole and features 1-1/2" x 1-1/2" x 3/16" angle legs and brace for enhanced durability.
